Jack P. Spring, Jr. is President and General Manager of Jack Spring Electrical Contractors, Inc. Jack is a “Hands-On” owner, being in charge of the day to day operations. He is actively involved with customer relations, business development, competitive bidding, and project management. His vision for the company is to strategically direct the business with integrity and quality, while building on the technology of the future.

Jack has thirty-five years experience in the electrical industry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern State University. After graduating from college, Jack entered the electrical apprenticeship program, serving a four-year apprenticeship. Jack worked as an electrician, Estimator/Project Manager, and General Manager of an Electrical Contracting firm before going into business in 1997. He holds a Master Electrician’s license in the City of Shreveport, La. and Bossier City, La., as well as State Contractors Licenses in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

Jack is joined in the Business by Lucinda, his best friend and wife of thirty-four years, and his two sons, Trey and Linc. Lucinda is Secretary-Treasurer of the Corporation. Trey is Manager of our Service Department and Linc an Estimator.

Jack looks forward to the years ahead working with his sons as they continue with an active role in the company.

Jeff Hollenshead’s area of expertise is Industrial Maintenance and Construction. Jeff and his team of professional tradesmen have a combined seventy-five years of experience working within Industrial Plant Systems. Jeff is a Project Manager who insures the job is done well, on time and within budget. His experience in Project Management gives him excellent skills in Estimating projects and the initial planning stage of electrical systems for customers.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his daughter at his farm or at his camp on the lake. He plays golf, softball, and enjoys four-wheeler trail riding with his friends.

Trey Spring is Manager of our Service Department and Estimator. Trey’s years of experience, his skill, and his professionalism give support to a Service Department that can tackle any job. Our service department’s work ranges from working in an industrial setting, to commercial buildings, to residential homes. Whether you are having an electrical problem, adding to your electrical system, remodeling existing, or new construction, Trey and his experienced technicians will give you quality and prompt service at a fair and competitive price.

Trey, like his dad, is a “Hands-On” Manager. He enjoys working with the customers and the Electrical Team at Jack Spring Electrical Contractors, Inc.. Trey oversees the day to day business of taking care of the smaller projects around town. Trey also manages our Testing and High Voltage Department. Jack Spring Electrical Contractors, Inc. is known in the industry for High Voltage Electrical Work and Testing of High Voltage Cable and Switchgear.

Trey and his wife Nicole are the proud parents of Jack and Lucinda’s two grandchildren.
